Description
Gyro Shack was founded in 2009 in Boise, Idaho, by Gus Zaharloudakis. Gus’s passion for beginning a gyro brand was kindled during a visit to a gyro eatery in Crete, Greece. He loved the concept so much that he decided to open his own similar eatery in Boise with one exception; it would have the addition of a drive-thru. This evolution came to be Gyro Shack and has only evolved further since Gus founded the brand.
